What is DORADO Rewards?

Our way of paying you back. Every order earns store credit. 10% for Members (free), 20% for VIP ($9/yr).

How do I become a Member?

Place an order. That's it. Your first order enrolls you automatically and your credit starts building immediately. To see your balance, sign in with your checkout email.

When does my credit land?

10 days after your order is placed. Sign-up credit lands instantly when you join; referral credit lands 10 days after your friend's first order.

How do I spend my credit?

Sign in, then at checkout your balance appears as a payment option. Apply as much or as little as you like toward any order except gift cards and the VIP fee.

Do I earn on the discounted price or the full price?

Credit is calculated on what you actually pay for your pieces — after any discounts, before taxes and shipping. The VIP fee doesn't earn credit.

Does my credit expire?

Credits are good for 90 days from the day they land. We'll remind you before any expire.

Store credit cannot be combined with promotional or discount codes at checkout. Credit and codes apply on separate orders. To use your credit, checkout without entering a code; to use a code, checkout without applying credit. If your order qualifies for an automatic offer, checkout automatically applies whichever saves you more. Unused credit stays in your account until it expires (90 days from date of issue).

How does refer-a-friend work?

Share your link to give them $10 off. Your credit lands 10 days after your friend places their first order through it — $10 for Members, $15 for VIP.

What happens to my credit if I return something?

The credit that order earned comes off your balance when the refund is processed. Simple as that.

Note: A negative balance can appear if credit from an order was reversed after you'd already spent it, usually because of a return or refund. Nothing to fix on your end. Your balance climbs back to zero and beyond as you earn credit on future orders.

How does VIP billing work?

VIP is $9 a year and renews automatically on your join date. We'll email you before every renewal, and you can cancel anytime in one click from your account. You keep your benefits through the end of the term. Membership purchases are final.

Member vs VIP

Member (free): 10% back in store credit on every order, $10 credit for every friend you refer, early access to new drops.
VIP ($9/yr): 20% back in store credit on every order, $15 sign-up credit, $15 birthday credit every year, $15 credit for every friend you refer, VIP-exclusive pieces, early access to new drops.

Good to know

DORADO Rewards is open to U.S. residents 18 and older with a DORADO account. One membership per person.
Only orders on dorado.com earn credit. Orders placed before you joined don't earn retroactively.
Credit is tied to your account. It can't be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used on gift cards or the VIP fee.
Ordered with a different email? Contact us within 30 days of the order and we'll attach it to your account.
VIP can't be paused. You can cancel and rejoin anytime, but the $15 sign-up credit is a one-time gift.
